Mini Pumpkin Bread
– 3 3/4 cup all purpose flour
– 2 1/2 tsp instant yeast
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 1/2 cup warm water
Mix the ingredients and set aside to rise for at least 2 hours or until doubled in size. Form into balls and brush with egg wash and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
