Chilli Brocolli :-

Ingredients Required:-
Fresh Brocolli
Corn Flour
Red Chilly Flakes
Mixed Herbs
Salt
Soya sauce
Vinegar
Chilly Sauce
Butter
Chopped Onions
Chopped Capsicum
Bread Crumbs
Corn Flour

Instructions:-

Boiled Brocolli In salt water. Then drain the brocolli and add corn flour, chilli flakes, and water to make batter coat brocolli in bread crumbs and fry them in hot oil until it turns in crispy brown in colour.

Take a pan and add oil

Take a pan and add butter followed by onions, capsicum cook 3 – 4min on slow flame don’t overcook vegetables.Then add soya sauce followed by mixed herbs, green chilli sauce, salt, and fried brocolli and cook for another 3 to 5min. and in last add white vinegar and cook for 1min. and serves hot.
