Easy teriyaki chicken broccoli stir fry recipe
Over medium heat: Sautee an onion and a couple cloves of garlic, in some oil
Add +/- 1 pound of diced chicken; salt and pepper; cook through
Add +/- 12oz of frozen broccoli (my bag was from @aldiusa); steam with lid on for 5 minutes
Add 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce (I used @kikkomanusa, but homemade works too!); stir; replace lid and let cook for 5 more minutes, or until broccoli is tender
Serve over rice; add more sauce if desired
