Sauce
30 ml soy sauce
2 table spoon honey
1 clove garlic
1 table spoon olive oil

Sesame crust
1 table spoon black sesame seeds
1 table spoon white sesame seeds

Cover tuna steak in the seeds and roast on hot pan with hot olive oil 1,5 minute each side. Put aside do chill for another minute.
