Today we’re whipping up a few flavorful steak and asparagus stir fry meal preps!
This took me about 15-20 minutes, nothing to time consuming.

Ingredient List:
Skirt Steak , thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium sized yellow onion
1/4 cup, scallions, thinly sliced
10-12 Asparagus, cut in three
Sauce:
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/3 cup raw honey
Seasoning:
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp avocado oil

Not just simple and affordable but flavorful and keto style welcome to childa Lifestyle let’s get into these extremely easy and savory steak and asparagus meal Preps so I wanted to switch it up a bit and cook with asparagus steak and yellow bell peppers onions scallions and jalapeno also I have a few seasonings I’ll be using for my spice blend I prefer to start by prepping all of my ingredients ahead of time before I
Start cooking it’s easier for me to be well organized especially when it comes to meal prepping it can be a lot of ingredients used a lot of dishes used I was pretty excited to utilize this yellow bell pepper and jalapeno that’s been sitting in my refrigerator each vegetable and Herb has its own unique flavor what I love about meal prepping is you can make it very simple and affordable this meal prep took me approximately 15 to 20 minutes to cook without
Recording when it comes to creating a stir fry I like for my bell peppers and onions to be cut or you can say sliced long ways and then for my herbs like my scallions or if I’m using cilantro or parsley to be chopped finely um and bite size now
For the jalapeno I decided to do it the same way as I did the bell peppers and onions just so it has that unified look So I like to remind people you can always switch it up some people may not like asparagus so in alternative can be broccoli or green beans or you can do butternut squash you can add some roasted sweet potatoes in this it just really all depends on what you prefer
And what you like as long as it’s keeping it clean simple and Healthy So for the steak I decided to thinly slice this steak at an angle to help get that smooth slice I preferably wanted my stick pieces to be bite-sized so that’s why I slice mine this size but you can do Cube like shapes you can do thicker slices it’s really up to You I then prepped the steak with a light drizzle of olive oil you can use grape seed oil or avocado oil this is actually avocado oil and then I went ahead with that seasoning blend I showed you all earlier and I mixed that together and I added a few tablespoons
On the steak and I went ahead and mixed that very well until every piece of the steak was coated with that seasoning and we let that marinate for a few minutes before getting ready to Cook So now that my steak is finally seasoned and very well coated in a walk I preheated that on medium heat once it was hot I added in the avocado oil once the oil was hot and ready I seared the steak by for about 2 to 3 minutes on
Each side once they have reached my desired dness I am going to be taking those out and place the bites into a Bowl now as you can see the beef produces its own oils its own flavors and those juices I personally keep those that will help keep my um me prep juicy and flavorful as I am reheating it throughout the week um these will last
Me about 3 to 4 days um so yeah you want to keep it very juicy and flavorful I do not like my milk preps to be dry but it is a personal preference now um I cooked the bell peppers jalapenos and onions until caramelize be sure not to overcook
Them you want to have that stir fried taste and look to it and while that is cooking um in the process you will see using the remainder of that spice blend we created earlier and adding a little oil as needed when I stir fry I personally like
To toss my ingredients in the pan and stir once in the beginning after about 2 to 3 minutes I added asparagus and in with the other ingredients and let that cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes I like to keep a bite on my asparagus especially for meal prepping
Since we will be reheating These once they were done to my liking I went ahead and placed that into a separate dish before moving on to the next step now for the sauce I went in with a little bit of oyster sauce go light with this as well and Honey I let that come to to a light boil and added in 2 tpoon of non-salted butter which is optional I let that boil for about 2 to 3 minutes turned my heat down and added the protein and asparagus stir frry back into the walk and I toss that into the Sauce like I stated before this recipe is very simple and straightforward you can easily make this in 15 through 20 minutes including prepping now it’s time to place the steak and asparagus stir fry and some me prep containers what I love about these me prep containers is they definitely help
