Use whatever brand of Oats this is just from Target and I need to scoop all right now that I have a scoop to help me get these oats out we’re going to do a cup and a half and just put that in the bowl you can use whatever Bowl you want I’m just

Using this one and cup and a half my other one that matches this set is in the dishwasher so we’re using a different one so I always have multiple sets of measuring cups on hand because one’s always dirty okay so next we will measure in

Our protein powder um and I like to use this brand I like the non way just I prefer that one better but there’s lots of different proteins that you can use and doing half of a cup stuff can be so messy all right so half a cup will go in

The bowl with the oats all right next we are going to add the oil which um you could also use coconut oil uh but I don’t have coconut oil so I’m using olive oil all right and then next um we’re going to have a one teaspoon of vanilla

Find my one teaspoon here here we go oops all right one teaspoon vanilla or a little bit more than one sometimes it’s splashes in there and that’s okay oh and I forgot to preheat my oven so I’m going to do that real quick at 350 so get that

Started and then we also need need three eggs so I’m going to go ahead and crack those eggs and get them in the bowl move my stuff out of the way and I this is a newer recipe to me um trying out we did try them last week

And they’re really good and we’ve already eaten them all even our 10-month-old loves them so trying them again going to make more three eggs okay next we will add the pumpkin puree which this is from I actually canned uh well not canned but I actually processed our pumpkins that we had for

Halloween so I have a bunch of this in our freezer I think it made like 32 cups going to use some of this and I need some scissors all right so I put in each bag two cups of pumpkin puree but this recipe only calls for 3/4 cup so I’m going to

Measure that into here and then I will save the rest of this stuff to make pumpkin bread this weekend all right hopefully I don’t spill see how this goes all right so we’ll have that and then I am going to put this in a container really

Quick just so it doesn’t spill all over my countertop and then I’ll stick it in the fridge to use for pumpkin bread all right now that that’s in the fridge we are going to go on to our seasonings and the last thing honey so first this is salt bacon soda baking

Powder and pumpkin pie spice so just going to pour all that in here and then we need three tablespoons of honey so and you could also use um sugar-free syrup or if you want sugar in the syrup you can have regular syrup you know up to you um but either one I like

Honey and that’s what we have so we’re going to use honey all right 3 tablespoons and this is I found this is kind of a award measuring tablespoons of honey cuz it’s got to like just perfectly get in the spoon which I mean if you have extra

Honey that’s not going to that’s not going to hurt anything so there’s two and one more and then looks like I also forgot to put my pumpkin puree in here so we’ll have to do that next before we start mixing all right number three okay and then I’m going to go

Ahead and put my pumpkin puree in here before I forget okay all right so I’m going to clean up my area before I start mixing just so I don’t get everything everywhere and it’s a little more clean all right kitchen’s cleaned got my mixer so we’re ready to

Mix I usually have it on like speed two or Three want to get it all all right and this is the consistency you want it’ll take probably 30 seconds to maybe not even a minute uh to mix it all together all right shake that off just going to set this to the side and chocolate chips it’s my favorite part you can’t have

Muffins without chocolate chips so only need a half cup this is a cup so I’m just going to fill it halfway sometimes you just got to eyeball things and then we put it in and I’m going to just mix that really quick you I always put the chocolate

Chips last instead of with all the mixture because you don’t want them to like break up and stuff uh on the beers when you mix it so slow and just enough to get it all combined and now we’re ready to put it in muffin tins so got to get my muffin

Tins out in I’m going to get my spray um and then we’ll put it in muffin tin all right got my pan so set this over here and I got my spray I recently discovered this spray at Costco and it’s my new favorite so it’s avocado

Spray and you can get it on Amazon too but avocados have or avocado oil and spray has a higher heat tolerance so it’s less likely to burn all righty and then I need a scoop I’m gonna use cookie scoop these things have so many uses and

We’re just going to fill it should make about 12 so it should fill the whole muffin tin up so you can also use uh the paper Linings or they do make silicone reusable paper liners for your muffin tins um I don’t have any of those so I

Don’t use them uh and I usually just use the spray because it’s less paper waste if you’re using the paper liners and also the silicone ones then you got to wash them and there’s already so many dishes I don’t need to wash anything else so I just use a spray and it comes

Out just fine it doesn’t stick to the pan so but whatever you want to use if you like the cups definitely go that route then I guess you wouldn’t really have to clean your muffin tin that much if you were using the paper liners so and these

Are these are flowless as you could tell I did not put flour in them but they do have the um baking soda and baking powder and stuff so that’ll help them rise and when they bake all righty got that all and so I’ll put these in the oven for uh 10 to 15

Minutes all right we’ll set a timer for 15 minutes while we wait for the muffins to get out of the oven I wanted to take a moment and let you guys know you can find all of my recipes on my website which is linked in the description

Below all right so I’m going to check these the time went off and we’re going to see how they’re doing I always use the toothpick method to check cake muffins whatever I’m bacon and we’re just checking to make sure that the middle is done all the way and not uh like gooey so

2 or 3 minutes so I’m going to go ahead and start getting these out and I wish you guys could smell this it smells so good the pumpkin and the spices are just it’s just filling up my kitchen and it smells amazing um and I always use a

Knife to just kind of get around the edges um whoops and accidentally cut one um get around the edges of the muffin I did spray it so it shouldn’t stick but I just like doing this as a precautionary to help um and then yeah you just take

Them all out and put them on the cooling Rack so these are all done let’s try one ah they smell so good it’s the perfect amount of pumpkin and spices delicious it’s so soft I love eating pumpkin bread banana bread muffins right out of the oven because the inside is just so soft and tender these chocolate chips are perfectly
