They can be low carb and keto friendly!

The filling can be used for traditional club sandwiches also.

Club Sandwich Flavor

Ingredients
1 breast piece Chicken Shredded
salt to taste
white pepper 1 teaspoon
black pepper 1 teaspoon
Hot sauce 1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise 4 tablespoon
Olives sliced 2 tablespoon
Green onions 1 chopped
capsicum 1 small chopped
Cheese 4 tablespoon

Thai Flavor

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 chicken breast cut into small pieces
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion chopped
salt to taste
pepper 1 teaspoon
1 carrot shredded
1/2 cup cabbage shredded
Green onions 2 chopped

For the sauce
3 tablespoon hot sauce
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 inch piece of ginger minced
Coriander chopped 2 tablespoon
Red chilli flakes 1/4 teaspoon
