Help you stay fuller for longer until lunch probably doesn’t look that appetizing but I definitely give it a shot if you’re somebody who gets hungry quickly or you know you’re always finding yourself starting to eat your lunch earlier than maybe you should because the chia seeds will help keep
You feeling full for longer all right so the oatmeal is thread and I’m just going to add it to a bowl and I am going to be taking a photo for Instagram so I am going to be making it look a lot nicer than you know I normally would normally

These on these rice cakes really just add a great amount of flavor and then of course they’re super good for you you know with protein iron the Omega is it’s all in there so highly recommend Chinese I also have the sea salt flavor I keep
That at my desk oh and you know whenever I’m like about to run into meeting or something I just grab a handful of that eat it and I am normally good to go for the afternoon so anyways I’m going to sit down and have this and I will see
