Here are some kidney friendly meal + snack ideas to help inspire you!

Here is a kidney friendly day of eating! This day of eating is more plant based and filled with plant based protein, healthy fats, whole grains, and fiber to help protect your kidneys.

Plus it has a yummy dessert included too!

Breakfast – Smoothie with yogurt, frozen berries, spinach, peanut butter, and flaxseed meal
Lunch – Veggie soup + a tempeh sandwich
Dinner – Lower sodium nachos (low sodium tortilla chips, cashew queso, avocado, pinto beans, lettuce, jalapenos, onions, salsa)
Dessert – Kidney friendly hot cocoa
