What I eaten a day on the carnivore diet to lose weight early this morning before leaving for our favorite Trail walk I had a can of smoked oysters and then when we got home I had three eggs fried in 1 tbspoon of butter for lunch I had one of these extreme cheddar cheese
Sausages the ingredients on those are actually really good and then I had a piece of dehydrated ribeye for dinner I was having Taco in a bowl again so I shredded some sharp cheddar cheese and I made sure it measured out to just 1 oz
And then I put that on top of my taco meat with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and at that point I was really short on prote so I went ahead and cooked myself some egg whites I haven’t had just regular egg whites in a really long time
It reminded me of my old low-fat diets it was kind of weird I would much rather have the whole egg and then I also had three big chicken wings you can see here breakfast was 460 calories lunch was only $0 and then dinner was a really large meal it was actually almost 1,200
Calories I ate all of that food and I felt really good and I hit my macros almost exactly right follow me for more see you tomorrow
