Today’s shorts video is about a very healthy breakfast platter and it’s Idli, Sambhar, Chutney , the most famous and favourite breakfast recipe of South India. Homemade by me.

✅Idli is made with lentils (urad daal) , rice , and seeds which have all essential proteins.
✅ Sambhar is made with Toor daal which gives u best supply of all. essential amino acids when combined with rice from Idli.
✅ Sambhar is made with vegetables, spices and seeds which contain minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
✅ Chutney is made with coconut and roasted gram which has healthy plant fat, protein and minerals from the herbs like curry leaves, mint and coriander.
✅ This breakfast is filling, satisfying and keeps you energetic till lunch.
✅ Helps in controlling overeating and binging and also it’s steamed so helps in weight control as compared to other carbs rich breakfasts.
