In today’s video I have shared 5 simple & healthy breakfast ideas especially for the Indian teens & college students…

1.Idli/Dosa/Uthappas to be had with green coconut chutney or sambar
2.Moong dal chilla (pesarattu) with grated paneer
3.Eggs (veggie/chicken Omlette, half boil, sunny side up, egg bhurji, french toast) & seasonal fruit bowl
4. Vegetable brown bread sandwich with a glass of Buttermilk
5. If you workout- 1 tbsp Oats, 1 tbsp Muesli, milk, honey & dry fruits
