Yeah and if I don’t eat it you eat unless it’s all sweet stuff yeah we’re going to the gym together but we never train together so I’m doing a full upper body session and since moving well since adding in my cardio day I’ve actually only been going to the gym three times a
Week so I’ve been doing two lower body sessions a week and then one full upper I’m kind of not sure if I like it or not I don’t know I never really like training upper body anyways but I find it really hard to actually Target my
Full upper body in just one session I don’t really like training training chest that much like I still do it but I go really light I’m not really a massive fan of training arms but I still do it you only need to do like two sets sorry
Two exercises on arms I know yeah andest on chest I would do like across the course of week I’ll probably do like eight different exercises four sets of each I don’t know I’m thinking I might add in another session but we’ll see it’s kind of quite nice actually not
