Wow! 430 Calories for this little donut? I donut even know how it’s possible. I could eat 40 of them back to back.
Anyway yummy delicious foods can still have a place in your diet but if you’re trying to lose body fat and maintain a calorie deficit, you’ll be able to fill up your stomach and stay fuller for longer with lower calorie dense options.
I still eat cookies. I still eat pizza. I still eat chips. But in order to stay full and avoid binging on those foods, I replace them with lower calorie options 90% of the time.
