It’s really a healthy salad and easy to make it. For making this salad you only need below ingredients………

Cabbage———————–1/2pc
Lemon—————————2pc
Salt——————————-as per requirement
Cucumber———‐———-used 1 pc
Onion————————–used 1/2pc
Yellow pepper————-used 1/4th pc
Red pepper—————–used 1/4th pc
Olive oil———————–10ml
Yogurt————————–1cup
Black pepper powder—–small amount

Method——-
Cut cabbage in between and remove the white portion. Now flat the cabbage and slice finely and collect in a bowl. Add salt over the cabbage slices and squeeze lemon,then mix salt and lemon juice and keep aside to release extra water from cabbage.
Now slice Cucumber and cut into small pieces and collect in a bowland add salt and lemon juice to enhance its taste.
Now slice onion finely and separate each part and collect in a plate. Cut yellow pepper and red pepper separately.
Now bring the bowl of cabbage and squeeze the cabbage partly to remove the extra water and keep in another Plat. When all cabbage is squeezed then take them in a bowl and add Cucumber pieces,which was kept in a separate bowl. Add two spoon sprouts.
Heat a pan and add olive oil, after 2-3min add onion slices and pepper slices, add small amount of black pepper powder and saute for some time in low temperature. After 5min stop induction and remove tha pan. Add this sauted onion and pepper into the cabbage mixture. Then add 1 cup yogurt into it. Sprinkle small amount of black pepper powder over there and mix them all together. After that it can be served or can keep in freeze to serve chilled.
