Crispy Potato Fingers in Tamil:
Ingredients:
Potatoes: 4 Nos
Grated Carrot: 1 Cup
Corn Flour: 4 Tbsp
Curry Leaves: Few
Coriander Leaves: Few
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Pepper Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Chilli Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Oil: To Fry
In Tamil:
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
உருளைக்கிழங்கு: 4 எண்
அரைத்த கேரட்: 1 கோப்பை
சோள மாவு: 4 டீஸ்பூன்
கறி இலைகள்: சில
கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள்: சில
உப்பு: 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
மிளகு தூள்: 1/4 தேக்கரண்டி
மிளகாய் தூள்: 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
எண்ணெய்: வறுக்கவும்
செய்முறை:
1. உருளைக்கிழங்கை வேகவைத்து ஒரு பேஸ்டில் அரைக்கவும்.
2. இதில் கேரட், சோள மாவு, கறிவேப்பிலை, கொத்தமல்லி, உப்பு, மிளகு போடர், மிளகாய் தூள் சேர்க்கவும். இதை நன்றாக கலக்கவும்.
3. அதை ஒரு குழாய் பையில் நிரப்பவும்.
4. ஒரு தொட்டியில் போதுமான அளவு எண்ணெயை சூடாக்கி, உருளைக்கிழங்கு கலவையை எண்ணெயில் குழாய் பதிக்கவும். நீங்கள் விரும்பிய நீளம் கிடைக்கும்போது அதை கத்தரிக்கோல் அல்லது கத்தியால் வெட்டுங்கள்.
5. அதிக தீயில் 1 நிமிடம் வறுக்கவும். பின்னர் அதை நீக்கி சூடாக பரிமாறவும்.
6. உங்கள் குடும்பத்தினருடனும் நண்பர்களுடனும் ஒரு சூடான கப் தேநீருடன் அதை அனுபவிக்கவும்.
