Overnight oats
1/2 cup oats
Strawberries
1/2 cup almond milk
Cinnamon
Sugar free Vanilla syrup
1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Egg roll in a bowl
 pick up 2 to 3 pounds of ground, beef or turkey and season with uncle Chris’s! Poor in a bag or two of coleslaw, veggies and cook with soy sauce and stir fry together

Sausage and veggies
Chicken sausage
 Broccoli, onions, zucchini, bell peppers
Cool with olive oil and stir fry together!

Hey guys welcome back to my channel so today I am um six weeks postpartum um and I got cleared today from the doctor to like workout and stuff which I’m Not Really Gonna rush into but I have been eating Whatever Whenever for the last six weeks and it’s been amazing

Truly but I really feel crummy I’ve been eating way too much drunk it’s just not my Norm honestly like when I’m not pregnant or breastfeeding like just normal no Cravings Abby so I’m slowly trying to get back into eating better and healthier and for me I’ve been having a hard time

Eating nutritious Foods because I’m not taking the time to make them and meal prep them so um I usually just have a hard time finding time to eat and then I do eat something it’s like not healthy and then I’m not eating nutritious foods and then I look up and

It’s like five o’clock and I haven’t eaten anything really all day and then I’ve just eat so much a dinner and it’s not good for me so long story short we’re gonna meal prep some stuff today I’ll share with you what I’m doing kind of like my journey um

I gained 60 pounds with this pregnancy which I don’t think it looks like horrible like so bad because I’m taller but 60 pounds is just it’s like way too much so um I have lost um almost 30 pounds need to lose about 35 more so not gonna

Rush into it but I really do need to eat better just because and I am breastfeeding so I need to be eating good food so I’m gonna share with y’all um a breakfast meal prep a lunch meal prep and then some snack meal prep for me um for dinner

I’ll probably just eat whatever I cook for my family but those other things I will make myself eat during the day so let’s get into the meal prep What’s it like to be the one that he turns to and he thought of answers what’s it like to be the one that he comes to when he wasn’t dancing okay so for my breakfast prep I am doing overnight oats and I totally recommend this if you are busy I am using almond

Milk um and then this is a sugar-free vanilla syrup I got it on Amazon it’s really good I will link it down below I’m just doing a little bit you do not need a lot at all and I’m gonna do cinnamon trying to do as much like zero sugar as

I can so I’m doing cinnamon I’m going to do a half a cup of oats into each jar and then a half a cup of Chobani sugar-free Um Greek yogurt it’s like the real Greek yogurt you know it doesn’t taste great by itself and then I’m gonna cut up some strawberries and put the strawberries with it you can make these so many different ways if you just go to Pinterest you can find like peanut

Butter banana all kinds of different overnight oats but I will say that this was super convenient for me and I loved it and I will continue to make these Feel about him hello Don’t know what to do We have chickens y’all probably all know that so we have lots of eggs so I decided to do some boiled eggs in my instant pot to have to eat alone with some salt and pepper or to put in a tuna salad so I am just cooking these it does

Not take long I’m cooking them for six minutes and then I’m going to put them in a bowl of ice with water and this makes them super super easy to peel so if you’ve never tried that I would definitely give that a try and then I’m

Going to put some chicken breast in the instant pot just to have on hand to have with a salad or if I want to make a chicken salad or something like that so I’m just gonna cook two frozen chicken breasts put a little bit of water down

In the pot and do some salt and pepper and cook that in my instant pot as well and if you don’t know what to cook your instant pot like on you just Google it that’s what I do and it tells me how long to cook can we stay here forever I’m loving this

A lot leaner so I went with that I’m going to give it some Uncle Chris’s and cook it all the way and then I’m just gonna throw in some coleslaw I probably could have done two packs just because I did a lot of meat but you’re gonna let that cook throw in

The coleslaw and some soy sauce and you are done I watch you as you drive do you know I’m looking thank you YouTube Foreign [Applause] Now for the next meal I’m making I could eat this for supper one night just by myself you know if I’m cooking my family something different but really I just went ahead and made this one along with the Egg Roll in the bowl because this week was spring break and

We were going to be home a lot and you know we can always use some extra food so this is chicken sausage it tasted really good I got it at Walmart it was pretty cheap it only had one gram of sugar so I went with that

And then I’m just gonna cook it and then set it aside when it’s done try to get it a little crispy and then I’m going to cook lots of vegetables with it so broccoli onion zucchini red orange and yellow bell pepper and I’m gonna let that cook up get
