This cake is 100% made from scratch, versatile, and utterly delicious. It’s mixed effortlessly in a blender, ready to bake in seconds, so it takes only a few minutes to make. Made with simple, nutritious ingredients, packed with balanced macros, also rich in fiber and protein.

Ingredients:
Base:
– 120 g oats
– 80 g grated carrot
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 150 ml milk
– 1 banana
– 20 g sweetener
– 20 g protein powder ( I used vanilla )

Yogurt layer:
– 230 g Greek yogurt
– 20 g protein powder ( I used lemon cheesecake taste)

Topping:
– Grated lemon peel and decoration (optional)

1. Put the base ingredients in a blender and mix them.
2. Bake the base at 170 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
3. Prepare the yogurt layer and pour it on the base.
4. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour and decorate it if you want.
