Ingredients:
– 100g oats
– 120ml milk
– 2 apples
– 2 eggs
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
– Butter for cooking

Instructions:
1. Grind the oats in a grinder and transfer them to a bowl.
2. Add milk to the oats and mix well. Set aside.
3. Peel and cut the apples into pieces, then steam them for 10 minutes. Allow them to cool down, then blend them into a puree.
4. Transfer the apple puree to the bowl with the oats mixture.
5. Add eggs, sugar, and pumpkin seeds to the bowl and mix everything well to form a batter.
6. Heat a pan over low flame and add butter to grease it.
7. Pour the batter onto the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
8. Serve the apple oat pancakes hot with toppings of your choice.
