Recipie for Moong dal Cheela:
Add soaked moong dal ginger and green chillies along with salt to a blender and make a smooth paste of it. For toppings take veggies of your choice. I took grated paneer and finely chopped onions and coriander. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Toppings are ready. Follow the instructions as shown in the video for that perfect cheela and enjoy it with your favorite dip.
