hello everyone I hope everyone’s doing
fine welcome back to my Channel today
I’m sharing weight loss diet plan for
working women or students so there is no
cooking and that is the best part of
this diet plan you will lose 7 kg in 10
days and that is guaranteed let’s start
from the early morning drink early
morning drink uh I’m giving you two
options First Option plain luk warm
water one glass or one cup you will uh
drink drink it on an empty stomach
second option is one glass of luke warm
water and add a pinch of black seeds or
cloni seeds and drink it cloni seeds has
a lot of benefits from scientific point
of view from Health point of view from
medical point of view and from Islamic
point of view as well so drink it and
then you have to have five soaked
almonds peel these off and
eat after having this early morning
drink and almonds you have to go for a
walk uh you have to do a brisk walk or
15 to 20 minutes brisk walk or you can
do um exercises that is completely up to
you whatever you want brisk walk or
exercise but you have to do it for 15 to
20 minutes early morning or in the
evening but ever time is suitable for
you so pre breakfast is fruit any kind
of fruit but one fruit you can have one
orange one apple one guava one peach um
that is completely up to you let’s go to
breakfast and that is no cooking
breakfast zero cooking option one
berries smoothie this is a weight loss
smoothie it works as a
detoxify um you will need four
strawberries 25 G blueberries and 200 mL
lowfat milk grind everything and then
drink it this is really yummy and just
don’t forget to add 1 teaspoon of soaked
chia seeds into
it chia seeds are really healthy and
after having this drink you will not
have hunger or food crings for 2 to 3
hours second option for breakfast is
cantalo and almond smoothie so if you
don’t have cantalo you can have papaya
or any other fruit it keeps our body
young it lows our blood pressure it’s uh
really good for weight loss it nourishes
our skin and hair and um it’s uh really
good to prevent us from the risk of
cancer so just add this
cantaloop 200 g and and then five
almonds 200 g
of lowfat
milk and there milkshake is ready you
can replace papaya instead of cantaloupe
third option
is uh overnight chia seeds pudding I
have already shared these uh recipes uh
Apple chia pudding strawberry chia
pudding Ango pudding they are low in
calorie and they are full of protein and
fiber
so you can have it instead of that
smoothie if you don’t want that smoothie
so this is a really really healthy
breakfast okay if you want or if you are
craving for chai if you’re a chai lover
you can have half cup only half cup of
chai um and cook this chai in low fat
milk milk only low fat milk second
option is and the best option is green
tea without
sugar breakfast is done now let’s go
to uh preparation of our you know lunch
before leaving for work or college or
university you have to pack up your
lunch so pack up your lunch uh it uh
needs Weight Loss drink snacks and
healthy lunch so for weight loss drink
the best option is green
tea make a bottle of green tea and then
take it with you second option for
weight loss drink is cumin seeds water
you will need two to three bottles of
water and then add 1 to 2 tblsp of white
cumin seeds into it soak it for a while
for almost 45 minutes or 30 minutes and
then uh strain it and take this water
with you you have to finish this water
before coming back from
work this water is really good for
weight loss for belly fat for skin for
hair for our overall
health okay now let’s pack up the yummy
and healthy
snack you will need handful of dry
fruits it’s completely up to you
whatever dry fruits you want but it will
be handful and
salted if you don’t have dry fruits or
mixed fruits or drill drill mix you can
have handful of roasted chickpeas as
well okay for lunch you have to pack I’m
giving you lots of options first option
is um cold
sandwiches okay I have shared two re
sandwich recipes I will share the
recipes soon um second option is you can
have weight loss Pula recipe you can
check out the recipe on my other Channel
Kat abas blessed Pam Vlogs that is
really easy recipe you will need boiled
rice only 6 tbspoon and then add lots of
veggies into it it has only 110 calories
it’s a low budget recipe oilfree recipe
gluten-free and it’s really healthy so
zero cooking highly nutritious Lunch is
ready just pack it up and yes don’t
forget to pack up uh your salad
bowl add lots of veggies whatever you
want make a big bowl or small bowl so
pack up your lunch and go for work or
university so dinner will be at 8:00
p.m. when you come back from
work it’s all again uh zero cooking so
um you will
need 2 tsp of yogurt add boiled
chickpeas and salad and eat it half cup
of CH chickpeas or you can have weight
loss salad recipe uh I have already
shared it on my channel it’s avocado and
fish and egg recipe so instead of fish
you can add grilled chicken as well so
this recipe is really yummy and healthy
third option is again protein salad you
will need half2 cup of boiled black
chickpeas and add lots of veggies into
it sprinkle a little bit of salt pink
salt just a little bit and black pepper
squeeze half lemon and then eat this is
really yummy and it’s smells amazing
okay fourth option is I have uh shared
lots of soup recipes on my channel this
Channel and the other channel as well
you can check out and um choose whatever
you want for dinner bedtime drink Zer
tea you have to uh add one teaspoon of
FAA or cumin seed in one cup of water
boil it strain it and drink it before
bed for best results follow this dial
