Ingredient List:

“On The Go” Salad Jars:
1 cup pico de Gallo
1 cup, roasted corn
1 1/2 cups, chopped chicken breast
3 cups, salad

Crusted cod keto-based meal preps:
2.5 Lbs, Fresh Cod fish
1/2 onion, diced
2 tbsps, parsley
3 tbsp, sesame oil
2 lemons, squeezed
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp, smoked paprika
2 tsps, Caribbean all-purpose seasoning

Green bean Stir Fry:
32 oz, green beans
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp, smoked paprika
2 tbsp, all-purpose seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup, water

Orange wellness shots:
6 large carrots
5-6 large oranges
1” Ginger

Pineapple Detox Juice:
1-2 large ripen pineapples
2” ginger
4 cups, water

video so hopping right into meal
prepping I’m starting off with one of my
favorite go-tos which are these salad uh
jars I purchased these jars from Amazon
which are listed on my Amazon storefront
link down below now I am using a pickle
Deo salsa I showed Y in my last me
Wellness video how I make that so I
added that as well as roasted corn and
I’m going in with these already fully
cooked grilled chicken breast bites I
like these they’re pretty chunky and
very well made from Costco and then I
went in with a basic salad mix so simple
easy add your favorite toppings anything
you like and so good you can easily grab
this put it in your bag and go I’m using
this plant-based Ranch adding this as I
go next we’re going in with the Cod
milal preps I went ahead and add made a
base I went I added sesame oil some
lemon juice a lot of lemon juice
actually this is going to be part of the
base then I went in with onion a little
bit of parsley some salt and pepper add
as much as you need to add different
seasonings add different uh herbs and
vegetables and you can add bell peppers
onions garlic different things like that
I’m going in with this Cod that I
purchased from costals y’all all this
cost me $23 isn’t that crazy this is
fresh amazing fish it was so good it
wasn’t fishy that’s why I prefer Cod and
it’s flaky but it also stays together as
it’s cooking I went ahead and CU that up
to my preferred size depending on my me
prep preference it’s all about portion
control so I wanted to ensure I had
enough but also um I was is n making too
much now I am making keto based meal
preps uh personal preference when it
comes to me trying to snatch my waist
and lose a little bit more weight in
certain areas I wanted to ensure that
all my meals aren’t consisting of carbs
so I ensure when I’m meal prepping that
I do mainly keto based just depending um
especially now that I do Food review
videos and stuff I just want to ensure
on the weekdays or throughout the week
I’m incorporating a lot of healthier um
options so that way it’s all about
balance you know my oven is preheated on
415 I will be baking this when I base
this with the base seasoning and then
I’m going to add a little bit of peppera
and black pepper for color um but like I
said add as you want to add what you
prefer and what you like I also added a
little bit of Caribbean style seasoning
I will have all of my ingredients with
the measurements listed Down Below in
the description box so if you are
interested in making any of these

like that so I will be dropping
something super special for the people
in my community who have been asking me
about different different things
pertaining to Wellness ebooks guides
meal plans and different things like
that I will be dropping the information
soon so and make sure you stay tuned to
all of my videos because it will be
coming out shortly
I went ahead and baked my fish um for
about 25 to 30 minutes and I’m going to
go ahead and do a slight green bean stir
fry nothing too major I added bell
peppers and onion to a walk and I stir
fry that until slightly caramelize and
soften um I pretty much like my heat on
medium heat now I’m going in with fresh
green beans you can use the French St
green beans um and you can cut your ends
and trim them and cut them in half
whatever you prefer I added a snack a
little bit of water you will see when I
M prep it while I personally add a
little bit of water to my vegetabl
sometimes and then I went ahead I went
in with a little bit of salt and pepper
um to season that up you can go in with
different seasonings like I said before
vegetables just switch it up this is
just an idea and a guide for you so I
saute that this up very well and then um
I mixed it up covered it and let that
cook until a little bit softened but I
prefer mine to have a bite you want to
ensure you’re getting those nutrients
when you um are meal prepping you’re not
you’re eating healthy you want you want
you don’t want to waste your money
basically you want to ensure that you’re
getting the nutrients you need through
your vegetables basically whatever you
put in your body look at that fish so
perfectly cook it’s flaky so juicy full
of flavor you see that top do you see
how crisp that is how well seasoned and
pretty and this is for meal prep y’all
so simple and easy I love sharing
different ideas like this because it’s
so simple and easy it helps me because
as a stay-at home working mom I’m so
busy I’m on the go literally every
second of the day to ensure that I’m
eating I’m also eating healthy and just
different things like that I like to
keep a balance with creating MEK preps
and juicing so I highly recommend it to
people who sometimes have a problem with
just making sure you keep up with your
eating and sometimes you just go for
whatever is there to just me pre and
juice and different things to help you
or even create different snacks so I
will show you all snack ideas that I
have at the end

as you can see I added some of that
flavorful juice to both my all my meal
preps I personally do this because when
you’re heating up your meal preps you
want just personally for me just flavor
you know what I mean you want it to be
juicy flavorful fresh like you made it
the first day so I like to always add a
little bit of juice to my meal Preps
I will be sharing more of my routines as
I go throughout this
month so we’ll be doing a couple things
so this is part of my routine I would
eat this for like a lunch or you can eat
it for dinner but it just depends
sometimes I have late lunches and that’s
why I love to incorporate those on the
ghost salad jars now let’s get into my
favorites you all know I love juicing I
am a juice ftic oh my gosh H let’s start
off with these wellness shots now I have
carrots you already know carrots are
such a great source of Natural Energy
the fiber is what helps our bodies the
most helping us with our dyal system of
course carrots are also great for the
skin and the vision and then um I just
clean my carrots very well with a
vegetable brush I’m shredding the
outside just what my personal preference
is and then I’m going to cut the ends
and cut them in half so they can fit in
my juicer so look at those so fresh and
amazing like I said they have so many
benefits I love

it so I have all my carrots next I’m
going to go in with a few of these fresh
oranges we all know oranges are a great
source of energy vitamins and minerals
Ginger also has powderful benefits
that’s what I’ll be using as well um
when it comes to breaking down the
toxins and waste in our body Ginger
really helps the digestive system run
properly
and that’s why I love incorporating a
lot of fresh vegetables and fruits into
my diet in different ways like this
because it has so many benefits and it’s
not as expensive as you would keep
spending on different you know man-made
items so yeah now with this pineapple
detox juice y’all already know all this
is my all this is my go-to for a good
detox and cleanse so powerful helping
the body cleanse naturally I’ve been
juicing for about 3 years now and it’s
definitely become a lifestyle for me so
um I highly recommend it it’s just a
natural detox it’s refreshing it’s so
yummy you can do it in so many different
ways you can have fun with it try out
different flavors um so yeah I really
high I recommend detox juicing and now
that I have all of my fruit prepped we
are going to get to the fun part which
is juicing I love juicing I love the
quality time that I personally have when
it comes to juicing it’s just amazing
what you can create the flavors you
create the colors the vibrant colors it
is and it’s like everything is healthy
you know especially in the summer I’m
bringing those healthy drinks
popsicles um ices ice cream desserts
we’re going to keep it healthy and we’re
going to try to incorporate balance into
our diet as much as we can this summer
okay cuz we still want to stay snatched
but eat good it’s all about
balance so I only made a few of these I
will I think I’m going to start
incorporating a lot more fruit into my
juice recipes um I usually dilute mine
um because I have a sensitive stomach
but I think I might start just
incorporating more fruit as well um
these will last me about 3 days um I
have about three to four of them
sometimes it depends how large the
pineapple is and the wellness shots I
actually take two of these a day
personal preference and if I want to
take more than I can it’s like it’s it’s
natural you know so if you do have a
sensitive stomach just sure you’re
drinking water a lot of water throughout
the day that’s a p that’s what I
recommend is to drink a lot of water as
you are detoxing that’s very important
to stay
hydrated here are a few snacks that I
personally will be eating this week um I
have these pea chips that I purchased
from Costco it’s pretty much very
healthy of course a basic salsa and this
guacamole that comes in a pack of 12
from Costco as well um if you look at my
Vlogs I post a lot about Costco and
stuff or my upcoming Vlogs I will be
posting a lot about Costco and why I
love it here’s another snack of course
from Costco very convenient comes in a
pack of four it’s just fresh vegetables
and it has Ranch in there I love these
