bikini prep Diaries in today’s video I
am going to share with you five quick
and easy simple low-calorie vegan snacks
that are going to help you stick to your
diet stick around till the end of the
video where I share with you one bonus
snack and how to enter this week’s
giveaway

one of my favorites carrots and edamame
hummus this is one of my favorites
because it is packed with protein fiber
it’s Whole Food plant-based and it even
has hidden veggies in there because of
the spinach it is amazing all you have
to do is blend the ingredients together
or process them in a food processor and
that’s it it’s easy to prep in bulk so
you can have enough for the week so what
I like to do is tear my container before
I put the hummus in here and I just take
that total number and split it into six
equal portions for the week each portion
gives me six grams of protein this whole
thing with the carrots it’s a little
under 110 calories super filling
wholesome and super nutritious it’s also
amazing to bring to like a potluck or a
party to share with friends you can find

cakes I have two versions Savory and
sweet so this is my favorite sweet
version for a rice cake this is a staple
during prep and it makes for a perfect
pre-workout snack it is a sweet rice
cake with some pb2 powder that is just
like peanut butter but with less fat so
higher in protein and it makes it super
macro friendly I also add some bananas
and sometimes I get fancy with it and I
drop a little bit of date syrup on top
it’s so delicious quick digesting carb
and with a little bit of protein perfect
pre-workout snack Savory rice cakes now
if you’re somebody that’s looking for
more of a filling more balanced macro
friendly Savory snack and sweet it’s not
your thing you can make like avocado
toast but on a rice cake this is just
like a plain salted rice cake with
avocado that everything but the bagel
seasoning half a serving of my lupini
bean seitan which is going to make this
super high in protein and little bit of
beet sauerkraut this is an epic epic
combination and if you even want to like
use some of my edamame hummus you can
also throw that in there instead of the
avocado and it’s super super delicious

cookie though if you guys are OG
followers you’re gonna know that I’ve
been making this for a long time it was
one of my go-to’s during my last prep
because it helps me hit my protein
without me having to like drink a boring
protein shake so all I do is I add a
scoop of lean vegan protein from lip
body and I’m using their newest flavor
the double chocolate chip so good and I
add one serving of the simply delish
pudding so this pudding mix is amazing
because it’s low in carb keto friendly
it has all natural ingredients and it’s
vegan No Junk like traditional pudding
mixes so it’s perfect it gives you the
texture and it also gives you a lot of
sweetness then all I do is add some
chocolate chips and a little bit of
plant-based milk just a little bit at a
time until I achieve the consistency
that I want usually it’s around the
three ounce Mark and it’s so good guys
and it’s just an easy way for me to like
consume protein without having like the
extra calories so good you can make
different flavors and it’s just perfect
now the cool thing about this recipe is
that you can also if you have a ninja
creamy you can make ice cream with this
recipe the only difference is that I
prepare my ice cream the day before and
I add a little bit more liquid so about
eight ounces of plant-based milk and all
the ingredients stayed the same and then
when I’m ready to just put it in my
ninja creamy you gotta make sure that
you let it thaw out so you don’t break
your creamy so let it thaw out for 10-15
minutes and then you thin it in the
light ice cream setting and then if you
need to wrist spin it until achieving
the ice cream consistency that you like
just do it a couple of times and that’s
it you have ice cream and then you throw
the chocolate chips on top
fruit and yogurt cups I love this so
much and I personally just have it with
the yogurt and the berries and Kai Hill
makes the best protein yogurt they have
a few varieties they have like regular
protein yogurt and then they have now a
new Greek style protein yogurt that’s 15
grams of protein and only 5 grams of fat
it’s super low in fat high in protein
and it has zero sugar now I got a little
hack for you guys I am a sweet tooth
kind of gal so I throw two Stevia
packets to sweeten it and it just hits
the spot I add my favorite fruit
sometimes I add frozen fruit today I
added berries and for George because he
loves this so much he adds granola to it
but it makes for a very easy quick on
the go snack that you can just like whip
up in a couple of seconds
air pop popcorn this is amazing this is
less than 150 calories this whole thing
you can eat this whole thing and you get
five to six grams of protein some good
amount of fiber and it’s perfect for
that person that loves like high volume
meals that keep them full if you want to
of the protein you can add a little
spray of like non-stick cooking oil
spray so you can make sure that your
seasoning stick and one cool thing is
adding something like a nutritional
yeast this will help you up the protein
there’s different sites online that you
can find seasonings for popcorn and one
of my favorites is the salt and vinegar
so so good but you can make it sweet you
can have a lot of fun with the toppings
and super low calorie and again
something that you can like just share
with friends or maybe for a movie night

good Cravings protein bars I honestly
wasn’t going to add this to the list
because it’s just a protein bar I’m not
really doing anything but it’s probably
my most eaten snack ever I’m just
obsessed with them and they just are
amazing they have really clean
ingredients they’re made in Houston
Texas by hand it’s just amazing so it’s
an amazing company that I love to
support and I’m going to read you some
of the ingredients because they’re just
super good it’s a plant protein blend
that contains brown rice and pea protein
so you’re getting 16 grams of protein in
this bar
you’re only getting six grams of fat so
it’s low in fat and it has almond butter
cassava root fiber raw cacao butter
walnuts dried blueberries and chia seeds
like it can’t get better than that
