I like candy and I can eat a lot of it
and I’ll never feel full if you’re like
me and you like candy but you want to
eat it in a lower calorie high protein
weight I got you with this recipe this
recipe is a dieting cheat cat if you
like candy I’m going to show you how to
make one calorie Gummy Bears and the one
single calorie in each gummy bear is
coming from straight protein which means
you can eat a bunch of these gummy bears
and all you’re going to get in is a
whole bunch of protein at the end of the
day I’m going to show you three
variations and how to customize this
recipe so you can make it for whatever
flavor of candy you like blue is my
favorite flavor so I’m going to show you
how to make a blue gummy bear yellow I
like pineapple instead of lemon lime so
I’m going to show you how to make
pineapple flavored gummy bears and then
red the red gummy bears I show you today
are going to be special they’re going to
be pre-workout Gummy Bears the best
gummy bears to take right before you hit
a workout is going to take your workouts
to the next level this recipe is so easy
only three ingredients adding 150 g of
water into a glass jar that’s 1/2 cup
plus 2 tspoon microwave this until it is
boiling you can do this in a pot if you
want cuz we need to heat the water but I
don’t got time for that I’m going to use
microwave quick and easy 90 seconds get
drink mix packets go to your grocery
store and look around and see what drink
mixed packets they have they’re all
sugar-free they all have 5 to 10
calories per packet the first gummy
bears we’re going to make are the blue
raspberry gummy bears except they’re not
blue raspberry they’re actually tropical
punch but listen if you’re scared of all
the artificial ingredients in these
drink packets they’re 5 calories it’s
okay if this drink packet is what kills
you I’m sorry at least you’re going to
die
shredded take your boiling water and put
it in a bowl and then add in one drink
mix packet into that bowl and mix until
combined with water and then we need
some gelatin gelatin is pure protein the
only only macronutrient in gelatin is
protein we need 1 and 1/2 tspoons or 14
G of gelatin measure it into a bowl cuz
measuring gelatin over a hot liquid is
not fun it gets clumpy it gets weird
don’t do it add your gelatin into your
drink mixed water and mix until the
gelatin is completely dissolved it’s
going to be liquidy when it’s warm but
when it cools the gelatin is going to
firm up and these are going to turn into
gummy bears get your freaking droplet I
mean dropper out this is what we’re
going to use I’m using silicone gummy
bear molds these make your life so easy
because nothing ever sticks you can just
pop all the gummy bears right out but if
you don’t have these it is okay just get
yourself a glass baking dish pour the
mixture in there and you can cut it with
a knife later on and make gummy squares
it’s not going to be as fun cuz they’re
not bear shaped but it’s okay take your
dropper and fill in your entire gummy
bear mold my gummy bear mold is 35 jumbo
gummy bears each gummy bear holds around
4 G of liquid which is why 4 * 35 is 140
that’s why I said 150 g of water some of
the water boils out when you microwave
it then you get left with 140ish gam
make 35 gummy bears see I did the
science I did the math take these
transfer them to a flat surface gently
and then take this and put it in your
fridge for at least 1 hour until all the
gummy bears solidify and get cold check
out my fat loss cookbook over 100

and when you buy once you get all future
updates for free while that’s cooling
let’s make the second flavor lemon lime
is pish posh anytime I see something
yellow and it’s a lemon lime flavor pish
posh when it’s pineapple flavor I’m
happy so we’re going to make pineapple
flavor using crushed pineapple flavored
drink mix packets these taste like
pineapple soda they’re very fruity
tasting and they’re going to make these
gummy bears taste so freaking good and
they’re only 5 calories per packet just
like the Skittles one water 90 seconds
take your drink mix pour it in
stir gelatin stir follow the exact same
process as your blue gummy bears take
your gummy bear mold take a dropper
disperse all of this liquid amongst your
35 gummy bears once your tray has been
filled put it in the fridge for at least
an hour so the gummy bears solidify last
version version but before we talk about
the last version let’s talk about
gelatin gelatin is a protein Source the
only macronutrient is protein 8 g of
protein per tablespoon only 30 calories
that means 100% of the calories are come
from protein but whe protein powder
chicken breast egg whites these protein
sources are a lot better at building
muscle because they contain an amino
acid called Lucine Lucine is one of the
best amino acids for building muscle
gelatin doesn’t contain a lot of Lucine
I made a low sugar low calor gummy bear
video 3 years ago so what is the best
snack to eat at the movies say it with
me poporn but gummy bears are a close
second or maybe a third they’re
somewhere on the list gummy bears are
delicious looking at that video makes me
cringe like I was so bad at talking to a
camera back then it’s okay anyway in
that video I never specified that
gelatin is not good for building muscle
I didn’t say it was good for building
muscle but I also didn’t say it wasn’t
and you guys got mad at me in the
comments so here I am Telling You
gelatin is awesome for hair skin nails
not amazing for building muscle but if
you were planning on getting all of your
protein from gelatin which I’m sure none
of you were I’m here to tell you don’t
do that do you need to take pre-workout
if you want to do you need it to build
muscle absolutely not pre-workout helps
you focus it boosts your energy it gives
you a better pump and those things
result in a better workout which can
help you build muscle but do you
absolutely need it to build muscle not
at all I just enjoy it cuz I love
training and when I take a little bit of
pre-workout I just have a better workout
and it’s more fun and these Legion
pre-workout flavors there’s so many of
them they’re all delicious but I really
freaking like sour candy so we’re going
to be using this to make some red sour
candy gum Bears today boiling water add
a scoop of Pre-Workout in add two scoops
flavor might be too strong but you could
take it this one’s going to be a little
bit special we’re going to add some
citric acid in cuz I want these extra
extra sour if you don’t have citric acid
you can reduce the amount of water you
use and add in some lemon juice lemon
juice is high in citric acid add in a/4
teaspoon or a small pinch of citric acid
I’m going to add some red food coloring
to this one cuz I want these to be
really really red and then add it in
your gelatin mix until everything is
dissolved and then fill up your entire
gummy bear mold make another 35 jumbo
Gummy Bears I lost over 100 lb and I
went from looking like this to looking

easily to pop them out push the legs
first cuz they’re the deepest part of
the gummy bear so you just flip and then
you push the
legs and the gummy bear pops right out
35 of these gummy bears are 52 calories
12 g of protein only 2 G of carbs and 0
g of fat 13 herob gummy bears are 100
calories and they’re filled with sugar
instead you can eat my homemade protein
gummy bears you would have to eat 70 of
these gummy bears to get 100 calories
and if you ate 70 of them you would get
in 24 g of protein that’s more protein
than half the amount of calories of
almost any protein bar you’ll find these
are done let’s try them all right bro
