Ragi Suji Uttapam
Recipe :
Ingredients
Suji (Semolina) – 1/2 cup
Ragi (FInger Millet) Flour – 1/4 cup
Rice Flour – 2 tsp
Onion – 1 Medium sized
Tomato – 1 small sized
coriander and salt to taste
Steps:
1. Mix all mentioned ingredients well.
2. Add water to adjust medium consistency batter
3. Apply ghee/oil/butter on the pan
4. Spread the batter on the pan
5. Cook the uttapam from both sides on medium flame
6. Make it more crispy by cooking on high flame from both sides
7. Serve hot with curd.
