Tomato soup is one of the most popular Winter special soup .We have not added cornflour in it. This is our way of making low calorie homemade tomato soup!

Ingredients:
Tomato – 5-6 (500 gms )
Beetroot – 1/4 piece
Onion ( roughly chopped) – 1 medium size
Carrot – 1 medium size
Potato -1 medium size
Bay leaf – 1
Ginger 1″ piece
garlic cloves- 3-4 pieces
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Whole black pepper – 4-5 pieces
Rock salt -1/2 tea spoon
Plain salt – 1/2 tea spoon
Sugar – 1 tsp
Water -3 cup
Mint leaves for decoration
Lotus seeds 15 gms
