Soyabean Cutlets or Soya Kababs, enriched in protein and low in cholesterol, is every vegetarian’s delight. This recipe is prepared using soya beans and is very tasty, nutritious and healthy.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup — Soyabean granules (soaked)
1 — onion finely chopped
1 tbsp — ginger garlic crushed
2-3 — green chillies chopped
8-10 — curry leaves
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
2-3 tbsp gramflour
1 tsp lime juice
some fresh coriander
oil for shallow frying
