this is the meal I ate every night as a
D1 athlete to help me gain 10 lb of
muscle here we go first get yourself
some oil obviously not using any seed
oils around here then get yourself a
pound of grass-fed ground beef you can
get this for $4 a pound at Aldi’s so no
excuses then throw some chopped onions
and bell peppers in there for some extra
flavor and these are the spices that I
like to use but you can use whatever you
desire get those spices in there mix it
up a little bit and let the meat finish
cooking and then we’re going to be
adding two eggs for a quick extra 12 g
of protein let the eggs cook a little
bit and mix them up then we’re going to
be adding some white rice white rice
always never Brown get that in there mix
it up till it’s all warm then move it
over to a big bowl for the key final
touches add a big chunk of cheese then
the real key is to add some beef bone
broth this gives it flavor breaks it up
a little bit and adds some more protein
add the best salsa in the nation and
some hot sauce in there for some more
kick and then mix it up and that’s
pretty much it
