I’ve been tracking my calories for years now, so here are some calorie tracking tips PART 4 🥜
NUTTAB 🔎
If you didn’t know, most if not all food items in calorie tracking apps are all user created which is why you can find a lot of incorrect food items.
If you’re trying to look for something that doesnt have a nutritional label, then the Australian Food Composition Database will be the most accurate website to grab the calories from.
Luckily, most food items on there have already been put into the food libraries so all you’d need to do is search up the food item and put the word “nuttab” after it.
For example:
“Chicken breast raw nuttab”
If you still can’t find the food item you are looking for, then you can find the complete list on the Australian Food Composition Database website itself.
Once you find the food item you are looking for, most food calorie tracking apps should let you create your own custom food item to let you create the new food you found!
This should save the food item in your food library and allow you to reuse it without having to go back to the website to look for it 🙌🏼

I’ve been tracking calories for years now so here are some tips so you won’t have to end your life not tab if you didn’t know this most if not all food items in a food app is all user created which is why you can find a lot of incorrect food items if you’re trying to look for something that doesn’t have a nutritional label on it then the Australian food composition database will be the most accurate website to grab the calories from and you don’t have to be Australian to use it luckily most of your items on there have already been put into the food Library so all you need to do is search up the food item and put the word nut tab after it this kind of sounds like a joke but it really isn’t so for example if I had this used cucumber and it doesn’t have a nutritional label sticker on it I would type in cucumber nut Tab and it should give you a pretty accurate description of what you’re looking for as well as the calories you can trust if it’s not in there and you still want to look for the calories of a food item then type a nut tab into Google go to the search by link search for your food item and then you can find the calories from there I think you should be able to do this on most if not all calorie tracking apps but you should then be able to create your own food item with the calories you’ve taken from the nutsab website but if it’s still not on there then well I can’t really help you
