1 tsp oil
1/2 onion sliced
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 packet mushrooms sliced
Tofu/Paneer 80g
Salt & pepper
Spinach 1/2 cup
Italian seasonings 1 tsp
Heat oil, saute garlic. Add onions n chili flakes.
Cook 3-4 minutes. Add mushroom, cook it for sometime, cover and cook further. Once it sweats open and let all the water evaporate and mushroom caramelise. Add spinach cook again, in the end add tofu and paneer, add in all the herbs and spice, cook another 2-3 minutes
Hung curd Spread
1/2 cup hung curd
2 tsp hot sauce or Sriracha
2 tsp mustard sauce
1/2 garlic clove finely chopped
Salt to taste
Italian seasonings 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder
Mix all and do a taste test !!
Put a thick layer of hung curd dip, followed by filling. Grill and enjoy !!
