This is such a delicious high protein dish and another way to eat your eggs!! 🍳

Here’s my high protein Turkish Eggs recipe:

Ingredients:
1 cup (200g) greek yogurt (I mixed 1/2 cup of greek yogurt & 1/2 cup of greek yogurt)
1 garlic clove, finely grated
fresh dill
2 eggs
salt

1 tbsp (10g) grass fed butter or olive oil
1 tsp Aleppo pepper ( you can also substitute with 1/2 tsp chilli flakes and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika)

optional:
1-2 slices of toasted bread

Add yogurt into a bowl and stir in grated garlic and fresh dill. Set aside.
In a small pot bring water to boil. Crack your egg into a sieve and allow a little of the white to drain through. Add some white vinegar to the boiling water. Use a wooden spoon to gently swirl the boiling water. Add your egg in and let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Once the egg is cooked, pop it onto some kitchen roll to get rid of any excess water. Do the same with the other egg. Place the eggs onto your yogurt.
Melt butter in a pan and stir in Aleppo pepper. Pour the chilli butter over the yogurt.

Toast some bread and enjoy!
