this is a diet I created for myself I call it Tad and I call it the CEO diet it’s a 2 meal a day diet very low carb and I’m going to show you how to prepare it so number one right we’re going to start with the salads so I’m going to be using the red pepper green pepper some cucumber and also some cherry tomatoes so that’s all my salad done right what I am using is stripped roin right a leaner cut when you prepare your steaks you can totally use butter but I’m just going to use the spray and the macros for the three steaks is 773 calories that’s 129 g of protein 2.4 carb 27.4 fat um you can add some W um vinegar you can add balsamic vinegar I’m going to add some panise and the macros of this meal comes out to be 130 protein 8.4 G of carb and 34.1 G of fat the protein will keep you satiated right and that’s it my meals are done
