so everything I do is a total focus on [Music] Focus all right I’m off to the gym I’m going a lot later than I wanted to go I wanted to go at 7:30 it’s 8:10 right now so I’m going to get there by like 8:30 or I’ll probably be in the gym by 8:30 and I’m just doing a push day today I opened at 11:00 today at work so I definitely don’t have like too much time especially cuz I’ll need to like get ready and eat and shower and stuff like that so going to be kind of like a rushed morning which I hate but I did just finish editing and uploading an entire YouTube video so I’m really happy about that it’s a what I eaten a day video so it was a little bit like on the shorter end and a little bit like minimal editing required so yeah that took up my entire morning I’m just really really happy that I did it I am trying to be like as consistent as possible and it’s obviously really challenging with everything that I’m doing on top of that I’m glad that I got it done I’m doing my pre-workout stock right now we’re going to head on over I really want to to get an Apple FR or doughnut from sidec today but I don’t think that I have time I don’t want to risk not having time to like eat a proper meal and shower and like I don’t want to risk being late either maybe we’ll treat ourselves later tonight I want to make like a bril dinner tonight it’s just going to be a great day I’m excited I’m excited as as much as I want to like enjoy the day I’m kind of excited for the day to be for it to be evening time at least um and I think if I also have time I think I’m going to no I will 100% go to the sauna tonight anyways che’s to our pre-workout stack all right let’s go build this cake as they say I just got done at the gym and it’s 1015 and I have work at 11:00 um are we okay like seriously are we okay I don’t know what it is with time lately but I whoa I just took a picture of myself by accident I feel like it time goes by so fast nowadays it’s almost like it’s on like triple speed that’s literally what it feels like anyways I’m rushing home well rushing in terms of as fast as the speed limit allows and I’m going to eat my leftover ground beef from yesterday and then um I really want to stop by Verve actually I realized that it’s in capital 1 cap it’s in in the capital 1 Cafe and I just really want a cold brew like a big cold brew to take to work with me and if we have time I’ll stop by and do that and then we’ll head on over to work um and yeah but I’m listening to such a good sermon this morning and I’m relising to it because it’s so freaking good and I don’t know why but it just like put me in the best freaking mood like I just feel you know when you like listen to something and you’re just like that’s exactly what I needed like this wo this is literally what I needed and man I’m just like I’m just feeling all kinds of emotions right now anyways I’ll see you when I’m home because this dude is staring at me like I’m a crazy person for a recording all right I’m home I’m making food it’s 10:20 I’m going to try to leave in about 10 Max 15 minutes so that I could have time to stop by for a coffee if I don’t eat I will be livid like I will not be my best self at work so I’m prioritizing my food right now I’m going to make two Sunny Side of eggs to put over my ground beef we’ve got to get that protein in I don’t want to feel like garbage at the end of the day trying to like have a crap ton of protein so that’s what I’m going to do I’m also going to take my vitamins and I’m honestly going to leave the house a mess and it is what it is um I’m the opener today so I don’t think that I’ll be at work for a very long time but regardless I need to fuel myself so we’re prioritizing ourselves um but yeah also I don’t even think that I introduced myself hi my name is Diana if you’re new welcome if you’re not new welcome back and welcome to a weekend Vlog all right here’s breakfast I’m not going to eat all of the ground beef just because I don’t want to feel overly like stuffed while I’m doing all of my opener stuff so avocado Sunny setup eggs ground beef and some kimchi hello I just came back from work it is officially my Friday night and I’m so excited so it is 3:50 and I’m about to make myself a little coffee honestly because I’m pretty tired I’m going to go to the sauna right now but I wanted to share this okay this is so exciting I was gifted the replica new perfume it’s called from the garden Province and period Puglia 1998 fragrance description Earth and tomato leaves I don’t want to spray it right now because I don’t want to waste it I’d rather shower first and then try it out but it’s like the Mini version this is probably one of like the best giftings that I’ve ever received this is so so cool this is one of my absolute favorite favorite favorite perfume Brands I love replica and like look at how beautiful it is I came home and instantly this like boosted my mood I love love love this I’m so happy anyways I can’t wait to spray it I stopped by Target on my way home and I picked up water cuz I’m out and I got a lime because I want to make I want to make these like copycat Chipotle bowls almost tonight for dinner I wish I had gotten Tomatoes I have like three little baby Tomatoes I hope that’s going to be enough for dinner maybe I have some beans or something I should have gotten some beans like some refried beans that would have been good maybe I’ll go to the store again but that would be ridiculous anyways I got a lime for my Chipotle bowls and they actually had my watermelon Celsius in stock and they still had the deal where it was three for $6 so I picked these up and I picked up a huge thing of water so I’m really happy because tomorrow I think I’m going to wake up early I think I’m going to go to bed early tonight and then wake up early and go on a run and I would love to go in like a nice long run so I think it would be like ideal to have like a perfect evening tonight of like going to bed early reading before bed not having anything thrown off because I feel like lately everything’s been thrown off and my whole goal this week was to regulate my circadian rhythm but I feel like that has not been the that’s not what’s been happening because like work going to bed late because of work and all of this stuff so anyways I think today tonight will be a perfect evening I’m going to have like a perfect Friday night and I’m really excited I think I’m actually going to make like a little Tik Tok out of it so make sure to follow me on Tik Tok if you’re not already anyways I’m going to make my coffee and then get ready to go to the sauna and I’m going to bring a swimsuit maybe I’ll swim if the pool is empty let’s make our little coffee it’s 3:55 so it is pretty late for me to be having a coffee but I still want to work tonight I want to edit a video I have to study I didn’t study this morning because I instead worked on editing my YouTube video which went live already so yeah anyways let’s get this done and I would love actually 100% I’m going to clean the house tonight make sure it’s [Applause] spotless ladies and gentlemen Rel problem [Music] just came home from the sauna I showered over there I was going to swim but they wouldn’t let me swim because I don’t have a swim cap which I’ve never needed a swim cap before so it was really weird and then when I was in the sauna I was like laying down and turning my timer on on my watch and this lady comes in this like old lady that I’ve seen there before few times and she’s like get off your phone and I’m like that was very aggressive this isn’t a bone I’m not on my phone and she’s like this is a place of purification and I’m like okay people are so so people can be so obnoxious like leave me alone and she goes into her corner and she starts making the biggest Ruckus ever like she’s like combing her hair aggressively she has like three plastic bags in there like with a bunch of stuff lady I thought this place was a pure was a place of purification I’m confused anyways I was very annoyed it ruined my relaxation but apparently my watch was ruining hers so that’s that but anyways I stopped by Trader Joe’s picked up a tomato for guac and I picked up some chili salsa and I was going to get cashews so that I can make more of those strawberries and cream balls that I made in my last vlog but at the checkout I have the cashews and I noticed that there’s rice brand oil in the cashews and I’m like absolutely not I don’t know what that is don’t need that take it away so yeah I got a tomato a jalapeno this corn chili for the bowls another thing of broth ketchup because I’m almost out and some frozen wild blueberries so anyways I’m going to marinate my uh chicken thighs right now and pop them into the fridge and while they marinate I’m going to clean the house and listen to a sermon and [Music] yeah all right I let the meat marinate for about 30 minutes now I’m going to pan frry it all right dinner is done guac corn salsa chicken thighs I’m going to have these plantain chips with the guac and that’s going to be my dinner it looks so good the chicken thighs came out Perfection like they taste delicious I’m so impressed with [Music] myself area how example but it would be like meing not guilty I just good morning and happy Saturday it is 6:30 I’m getting ready to go on a long run yesterday I didn’t film I mean I feel like I filmed quite a bit of content but I didn’t film as much as I would have liked I don’t know what it was but I was kind of feeling down yesterday I I actually I always say that I always preface everything by saying I don’t know what it was but then I explain what it was but basically I just felt frustrated because I felt like I got off work and I thought I had all of this time to do everything that I wanted to do and before I knew it I was eating dinner at 8:00 p.m. going to bed at 10:00 basically I just am frustrated with the lack of time for everything like I didn’t work like I wanted to I didn’t read as much as I wanted to I really wanted to have dinner really early so that way I could go to bed feeling really good and I feel like I ate really late and my stomach this morning is just in turmoil so I’m really nervous about this run yeah I don’t know what it is I just feel like I feel like I’m doing something wrong I feel like I’m constantly like I look at the time and I’m like oh I have time to do this and then 2 hours go by and I’m like what where’s the time going is my point where’s the time going just feel like I don’t have time for anything I feel like I’m constantly rushing through everything I feel like I’m not enjoying anything I’m just annoyed by everything I’m annoyed by lack of time I feel like life is like going by so quickly and nothing is getting done in a timely manner I don’t want to start this morning off on a bad note so we’re going to lay yesterday to rest we’re not going to dwell on it we’re not going to think about it at least I cleaned the apartment and today I need to like mop and vacuum and just do like a nice surface level clean but I cleaned the bathroom yesterday I cleaned the kitchen I fold did my laundry which I’m pretty which I’m happy about this morning I woke up and I was like thank God I did the laundry yesterday I’m going to go on my long run right now hopefully I will survive because like I said my stomach is not it today I have work at 10:00 which sucks cuz it’s going to be like I’m going to be in a time crunch but it’s fine and yeah today’s going to be a great day I’m going to find a podcast to listen to going to try to change my mindset that’s that’s what it is everything I wrote this tweet the other day let me share it and I thought that it was really good and I was like Diana you need to like read your own tweet every single morning to make sure that your mind is right the reality you’re experiencing is a reflection of your own creation your current circumstances are a direct result of the reality you’re shaping for yourself on a daily basis both physically and mentally most people will resist this and blame their circumstances on external factors only a select few will embrace it and take full ownership of their lives this type of mindset will determine the quality of your day weak in overall existence every day I wake up and I make the active choice to think differently and act differently because if I don’t I will fall back into my old patterns learning how to master your mind and retrain your brain to like doing hard things is one of the hard highest Roi things you can do I was writing this because I felt like my mindset was just has just been so off lately and I was telling myself I was I was telling myself like your situation the way that you feel is all because of your mindset like you are creating your own reality so if you want things to change you need to change them don’t expect external forces to change your situation does that does that make sense I feel like I need to read this every single morning like if I want to be happy it’s it’s like a it’s a mental switch I don’t need a good meal or a good weather or a good book or like I don’t need anything to to change my mindset to be happy it’s it’s all mental it’s all mental today’s going to be a great day today’s gonna be a great day okay I’m taking a bathroom break I’m at 4 miles right now going to keep it up I feel good okay I ran as far as I can run on this Trail if I go any further there that’s like whoa that’s Malibu over there and there’s no it’s like the PCH so I can’t there’s nowhere for me to run so I have to run back but I just want to go into the water for like 1 minute um I actually feel so good right now it’s that Runner’s High baby nothing beats the runner’s high I’m going to run back and then I might I might try to aim for six to seven more miles but we’ll see just finished my run we did 12 miles baby I feel absolutely murdered not even murdered I feel slaughtered second degree man slaughter I just came home I ran 12 miles I’m absolutely wrecked and I have to go open it’s 9:18 I need to eat shower get ready and to work and I’m going to pick up a coffee as a little treat um but 12m run 9 minutes 40 seconds was my average pace and it took me an hour and 56 minutes so I feel like I definitely could have done better but honestly I wasn’t like as energized as I was for my as I was for my 10mile run if that makes sense I feel pretty like fatigued and also don’t run when you have a stomach ache cuz that was miserable I’m about to eat really quickly shower and get ready for work so I’ll talk to you in a bit because it’s 9:20 now and um I’m going to be [Music] late making my favorite smoothie cinnamon protein powder collagen I’m going to put yogurt frozen berries and frozen banana [Music] if I could bottle up this smoothie and sell it I would because it’s that good best smoothie ever hello I just came back from work it’s 4:25 I’m making I just popped two Japanese sweet potatoes into my Air fryer they’re obviously going to take a while so I just I’m going to let them bake do their thing so that way dinner could be ready I was so like basically I couldn’t decide what I wanted for dinner and I was going to go to the store and then I was like I don’t want to waste my time I have so much content that I need to edit I would rather utilize that time towards content instead of grocery shopping when I can do that at any point so I’m going to have a very nice quiet relaxing evening to myself tonight and I made myself something pretty wild I made myself a Diet Coke with lime juice and some ice just a little drink for me and I’m going to go hop in the shower tidy up the house and I think I might go catch the sunset and then we’ll settle in for the night and just honestly work like I just want to get on top of my stuff and I feel like yesterday I did not do that yesterday I feel like I was not efficient I didn’t utilize my time correctly so I would ideally like to change that tonight [Music] we just came back home from my walk and dinner is ready um I’m having Japanese sweet potato and some of those Trader Joe’s Middle Eastern kebabs because we’re keeping things simple and easy to make I’m going to watch a little bit of TV while I eat and edit some videos and then we’re going to bake I think we’ll see oh my gosh this is so good I love Japanese sweet potatoes nothing better I just finished eating my dinner it was so good I’m really glad that I didn’t go crazy and just ended up using whatever I had on hand instead of wasting a trip and going to the grocery store and like spending all this time cooking I feel like I spend the majority of my life cooking it’s really annoying but speaking of cooking I’m uh baking right now I’m making banana muffins I think I’m going to do half chocolate chip and half Walnut just going to pop them into the oven and have a nice little dessert for the next few days whenever I make banana bread it’s always a huge fail something about I don’t know if I’m over mixing I don’t know what I’m doing wrong the point is it always fails so today I’m leveling out my flour I’m I’m trying to do everything correctly cuz one I really want banana banana muffins so I don’t want to mess this up whatsoever so I’ve mashed a cup and a half of banana they’re really ripe so this this recipe should be very sweet naturally but I will add sugar leveled out my flour now we’re going to add baking soda [Music] I did six with chocolate chips six with just walnuts let’s put these babies in the oven [Music] they look perfect these are obviously a lot bigger cuz they put more in here didn’t measure it out correctly but they look so good I’m so excited to try them we’re going to let them cool they’ve cooled for 10 minutes I feel like there’s more than enough time let’s do a taste test and let’s try the banana Walnut one first or should we try the chocolate chip one first yeah let’s try the chocolate chip one first that looks so good I stopped by Target on my way home and I picked up these and I’m really glad that I did otherwise I feel like it would have been messy in in the pan oh they definitely need to cool more butt I’m married and oh my gosh look at that that looks so good yeah’s one thing I know now I feel like I should have made all of them chocolate chip from here I am wow I am you are I um only use brown sugar instead of combining with regular because the bananas were so ripe stunning Str I feel like with honey these are going to be so good especially like for breakfast ready I my husband and just like that she’s the victim again master this looks so good cheers your face oh W backstabbing face I nailed it m literally [Music] Sensational I’m so happy turn outf I’m going to have the rest of these with my teeth we’re going to come back to that I am going to bed I edited a couple of short form videos but honestly not very much I don’t know what’s going on with me but I’m so tired like I sat down and started editing my YouTube video and all of a sudden I just felt like my eyes were shutting down on me and I just feel like instead of forcing it go to bed and then just wake up early so that’s what I’m going to do I’m going to have my magnesium drink um I think that run really took it out of me and then just like working lately every day I just feel like I’m not resting and like not recovering properly from everything and yeah I think tomorrow I’m going to wake up early and go to the beach for a walk with some coffee and then I’d love to create like a weekly planned tomorrow to ensure that I am as productive as possible because I feel like over the last couple weeks I have not been very productive let’s go that’s the plan I am excited to go to sleep tomorrow is daylight savings so we’re losing an hour but I’m waking up around the same time that I normally would because I want to make sure my circadium rhythm is regulated and I don’t like I just want to like make sure that I’m not feeling extremely tired like I am right now so I’m just going to try to keep things as normal as possible so yeah I’m going to wake up make some coffee or maybe I should get coffee what should I do probably make coffee at home walk to the beach take a nice long walk listen to a podcast come back home I have time get some a little bit of work done I open again tomorrow so I start at 10:00 I’m hoping that tomorrow is a quick day at work and yeah no running tomorrow tomorrow’s going to be like an active recovery day so going to do Mobility stretching some core work probably my long walk cheers I got um an alarm clock because I’m tired of using my phone as an alarm clock I feel like it just is not it at all I feel like I scroll through my phone every morning and I just don’t like that so I decided to get an alarm clock [Music] Jes [Music] son of I’m not to don’t change the passage just reive they you [Music] and stop [Music] their [Music] oldness good morning it is 6:00 I woke up at 5:15 I set my alarm that I got the new one to 5 and it didn’t ring because it was I I don’t know what it’s called but basically like when I looked at it it said that it was 16:00 so I should have set my alarm to like 17 or whatever um or like basically I just didn’t set it up correctly so luckily I had my phone in my bathroom charging and I had set an alarm for 5:15 on my phone because I was worried I’m always nervous about about one alarm clock not waking me up so I always set up multiple but anyways I’ve just been sitting here and editing drinking my coffee and honestly like this this makes me realize or this made me realize yet again how much more productive I am first thing in the morning as opposed to at the end of the day I just feel like some people are night owls and I am not that in the in the evenings I just like to like relax and just chill and not be there mentally uh and it’s always so hard for me to like edit or like get work done in the evenings unless it’s like very mindless work but like in the mornings I feel so good I feel so driven I feel so motivated like I wish I could just like sit here for like the next 6 hours just editing um but I can’t do that anyways I’m going to get ready and I’m going to go downstairs to the home gym and get my first workout of the day done and then I’m going to try to make it to the sunrise and yeah and then I was I wanted to go to Target to get this like button-up shirt for work that I saw yesterday that I didn’t get yesterday for whatever reason but I saw that it opens at 8: and like why do stores open so late just like with coffee shops some coffee shop the coffee shops around here open at 7:00 and I’m just like why I’m up at I’m up early like I need coffee now um I just feel like so many places in La open late and close early like this is weird um anyways I’m going to go get ready I love how peaceful and quiet it is right now it’s 7 and I’m just going to walk over to Blue Bottle and get myself coffee and then go walk by the water I love it having the most peaceful morning I’m listening to Elevation Church it’s a great day [Music] [Music] I [Music] [Music] [Music] listen in myom most humble opinion you can never have too much coffee I don’t know if I showed you but I got the most like beautiful garden roses from Trader Joe’s and they smell so so freaking good I think they’re stunning always buy yourself flowers anyways I just came home from my um little morning routine so I was watching or I saw Andrew huberman posted um made this post on like like Twitter Instagram about how the best way to adjust to Daylight savings is to wake up at your usual time exercise and get that morning sunlight uh so this morning I woke up at 5: which I guess technically is would be 4 right cuz we’re an hour We’re Going an hour back and I worked out well I did a little bit of work but I worked out and then I did my long walk I stopped by a blue bottle for a coffee uh how many coffee this too much in the morning because honestly in my opinion the limit does not exist I also picked up I’m making breakfast right now I’m going to have like a nice hearty breakfast bone broth chicken sausage um from Trader Joe’s these sausage patties are so freaking good like I’m absolutely obsessed with that um and some eggs but I picked this up from Blue Bottle it’s just instant coffee I want to buy like a whole package of them because I feel like I could take these to work with me all the time that would be so nice but anyways yeah I took uh picked this up for work um I’m going to make my food relax for a little bit and then get ready for work so yeah I’m going to listen to a podcast while while I do this and I think that before I leave I’m going to mop so that way when I come home the house is beautiful and clean and spotless is pretty good and one thing I’ll tell people and basically what it show was [Music] 0 touching and what I’ll say is help I sometimes I’ll change my on when I [Music] was all right here’s breakfast I’ve got kimchi the chicken sausage patties eggs my bone broth and avocado I just came home from work it is 430 it was a pretty slow day today I got an Amazon package and it’s actually the matching conditioner to the shampoo that I bought yesterday from Target cuz they didn’t have the conditioner they only had the shampoo I’m so excited to try this out going to shower now and get ready um we’re going to go out to dinner I think we’re going to go grab burgers and I’m so excited because I’m craving a burger I’m going to make an iced coffee because it’s 4:30 and um I need a little boost of energy so that’s that the weather is so nice today today and I’m I feel like it’s like we’re really starting to inch closer and closer to Summertime also I got this top from Target this morning um it was only 20 bucks which I feel like for Target and for such a plain top is kind of a lot but I got so many compliments on [Music] it I just feel like it’s nice to change it up sometimes all right let’s go shower I’m feeling very like Chill Vibes in terms of outfit tonight I always like to dress up whenever we go out on like a little date night but I think I’m just feeling Chill Vibes because it’s Sunday you know also um I’m going to have a little snack I’m going to have this Kebab from last night’s dinner see this is why it’s so nice to have leftovers speaking of wish I need to go to Trader Joe’s buy more of these because these come in clutch whenever I’m busy so good hello I just came home it is 8:00 I’m about to edit well I’m about to change and get some editing done uh I rushed out of the house so I didn’t show you my outfit but I’m wearing this one piece from Lulu I’m pretty stuffed I had fat burger and fries and guac and chips and just a bunch of really good food so feeling really good also I just had a muffin um but anyways yeah I really liked my outfit felt like it was very casual but cute I’m going to wake up early tomorrow and like I said it’s 8 right now so I’m going to change into something comfy I’m going to make some tea get some work done plan out the week ahead yeah it’s going to be a good week I’m excited I had a great night we walked a lot had a really good burger can’t beat a good burger and good fries you really can’t you really can’t I can’t wait to go back there after I’m done with 75 hard and get a NE gron that’s going to be the drink my drink of choice when I go there I actually really wanted I really wanted a NR tonight but we stayed strong let’s go change get into some comfy clothing I’m pretty excited to honestly plan out my week I feel like I need some organization this week I need some I just need to be on top of it and alcohol certainly within the 6 hour at all at all I’m not one of those people but restricting that c skincare is done I always feel like such a brand new revitalized person after doing my skincare routine I’m making some tea and then I’m going to get to editing all right it is almost 10:00 I have been editing for about like an hourish I’m going to bed I made myself tea with what did I put I put sleep tea in here that’s why I’m starting to get sleepy I put sleep tea and I put my dandelion tea in here in all things of nature there’s something of the Marv marvelous by Aristotle that is the quote of the day I’m going to end this Vlog here I’m going to wake up early and I did not plan anything like I didn’t prep anything for the week so I’m just going to do that
