Raspberry Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberry
1 tablespoon maple syrup ( any sweetener of your choice )
3/4 cup-177 ml coconut milk ( any milk of your choice )
blend until it smooth
pour in jar
1/4 cup chia seeds
pop in fridge and soak for 2-3 hours

Pour in serving glass and for the topping fresh raspberries and coconut chips.
