welcome back to my series baking bread this is the healthiest bread that you will ever make presenting eggless multigrain seven seed bread this has been the most requested recipe of this series so let’s get started we start by combining all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl then we’ll add in our wet ingredients and combine this using a dough whisk or a spatula then transfer this to a countertop and then just knead it briefly then make a super seed combination by combining oats and all the seeds mentioned in the caption below then sprinkle all of that over your dough and then evenly distribute it then knead it again until it forms a smooth and keep on adding that seed mixture that we prepared we’ll roll this up into a ball and then refrigerate overnight then de gas and spread it out over your silicon mat or counter and then sprinkle the remaining seed mixture over this and roll this into a log shape coat the top with more seeds and transfer this to a bread tail and let it rise until doubled in size then milk wash and bake in a preheated oven at 190° C for roughly 30 to 40 minutes and then immediately brush this with some butter which is completely optional but makes all the difference this is a very healthy bread and it tastes just wow with some cream cheese
