Ingredients:
2 eggs
1tsp pizza sauce or salsa
1tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp Monterey cheese
Celery seed spice
Pepper
1 multigrain wrap
In a bowl mix eggs cheese and spices
Heat oil in pan on medium high
Flip eggs until not wet anymore
Add pizza sauce to wrap
Pour cooked egg mix on top
Lift up bottom of wrap and bring in the sides to roll
And voilà
