Biscoff Baked Weet-Bix Recipe 🥰❤️
Low Calorie, High Protein Dessert for breakfast for only 330 cals & 21g protein 🥰
Recipe:
– 2x weet-bix
– 20g protein- I use macromike caramelised biscuit almond protein (use my code amb-eliyaeats for $$ off)
– 1/2 tbs sweetener- I use natvia
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 50g yogurt
– 50-80ml almond milk
Blend all the ingredients by hand or in a blender
Add to your ramekin and add 15g biscoff spread in the middle and top with the rest of the batter
Bake at 180c for 20-25 mins or airfry at 170c for 15-20 mins
Top with some monkfruit brown sugar or normal brown sugar & 1/2 crushed biscoff biscuit
