Hi everyone,
I thought I would take you Christmas food shopping with me. I have a few ideas with what you can eat during the festive week and hopefully you can get some inspiration! This is just what I have chosen, but you can switch things up onto different days and add different ingredients.
My Plan:
Monday Lunch = Avocado and Chicken Salad
Monday Dinner = Christmas Pesto Pizza
Tuesday Lunch = Avocado on Toast
Tuesday Dinner = Brie and Cranberry Puff Pie with Roasted veg (Pear, Sweet Potato, Carrots, ect.)
Wednesday = Christmas Dinner (This video was more for the days surrounding Christmas day and some are already prepared for the big day! So I have just shown a few additional bit we bought)
Wednesday Pudding = No Bake Cranberry Cheesecake
Thursday Lunch = Leftovers
Thursday Dinner = Salmon and Veg Bake
Friday Lunch = Creamy Mixed Mushrooms on Toast
Friday Dinner = Vegetable Soup.
Snacks = Crisps, Dips, Fruit, Cheese Board
