{RAINBOW NOODLE SOUP}
Ingredients:
-Baby carrots (yellow)
-Spinach (green)
-Tomato (red)
-Ground chicken
-Egg (optional)
-Taiwanese spinach noodle (from Ranch 99)
Steps:
-Chop up veggies to bite sizes
-Add veggies and chicken into a bowl, and add three bowls of water
-Turn on high heat, close the lid, wait for boiling
-When boiling, turn down the heat to low-medium, stir and mix the ingredients evenly, close the lid half way
-Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
-Stir up and add in noodle, close the lid again
-5 mins later, add in the egg and scramble up, close the lid
-Stir often and wait til noodle is cooked thoroughly
