Ingredients:
1 bowl Sooji (Semolina)
1 bowl Curd1/2
Grated Bottle Gourd (Lauki)
Chopped Vegetables: Onion, Tomatoes, Carrot, Capsicum, Peas, Green Chilis
Curry Leaves and Moringa Leaves
Spices: Cumin Seeds, Carom Seeds, Asafoetida, Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chili, Chaat Masala
1 sachet Eno
Instructions:
Mix sooji and curd in a bowl.Add grated bottle gourd and half a bowl of water, mix well.Add chopped vegetables, curry leaves, and moringa leaves.Mix in the spices: cumin seeds, carom seeds, asafoetida, salt, black pepper, red chili, and chaat masala.Add Eno and a little water to activate it. Adjust the batter consistency.Grease a nonstick pan, pour the batter, and spread evenly.Cook on low heat for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook the other side.Serve hot with tomato sauce and enjoy!
