Recipe :
1. In a blender, mix 2 eggs and 250 grams of low-fat cottage cheese until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet, shaping it into a not too thin rectangle.
– Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for
15-20 minutes until golden brown.
3. Let the baked flatbread cool, then carefully remove it from the baking paper.
4. Add your desired filling to the flatbread. I used high protein cheese, greens and tomatoes.
This roll contains 45 grams of protein.
