In honor of it being 100 degrees in the Washington DC area this week, I bring you a simple, cooling, and refreshing snack to enjoy on these last few moments of summer!
Though it’s amazing with just the watermelon, I throughly enjoyed it with the tajin, hot honey and lime zest.

INGREDIENTS
2-3 slices of frozen watermelon
Optional:
Shake of tajin
Zest of lime
Drizzle of hot honey

DIRECTIONS
•Freeze your sliced watermelon for about 4 hours or until solid and frozen
•Put a few dishes in the freezer to chill.
•Shave your watermelon in the dishes and top as desired! (Also amazing with some vanilla Greek yogurt!)
