Ingredients:
½ cup Green Moong
2 Green Chillies dried
Salt to taste
Eno
Paneer Slices
Chaat Masala
Oil for cooking

Method:
– Wash and soak moong for a minimum of 4 hours
– Drain, transfer into a blender with green chillies, salt and grind into a thick paste
– Cut paneer into thin slices and keep aside
– Add eno to the moong batter
– Grease your sandwich toaster and spread a layer of the moong batter
– Place slices of paneer and sprinkle some chaat masala on top
– Cover with another layer of the moong batter
– Cook on both sides till golden brown and crispy
