Ingredients: (Serves 5 persons)
Veggies: A mixture of beans, carrot, and green peas + 2 onions chopped + 1 tomato
2 tsps + 2 tsps ghee / clarified butter
1 cup vermicelli / semiya
1 cup semolina / rava
3 tbsps oil
1 tsp mustard seeds / rai
1 tsp split black gram / udad dal
2 tsps split chickpeas / chana dal
2 green chillies / hari mirch
1 inch ginger chopped / adrak
Few curry leaves / kadi patha
1/4th tsp asafoetida / hing
¼ tsp turmeric powder / haldi
4 cups warm water
8 to 10 roasted cashews / kaju
Fresh Coriander leaves to garnish / hara dhania
Salt as per taste.
