Ingredients:
100 gr. of Skyr
3-4 rice cakes
1 scoop of whey protein(optional)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup of coffee
1 tbsp chocolate chips(optional)
Instructions:
Mix the skyr, protein powder, and chocolate chips and stir well.
Soak the rice cakes in coffee.
Lay out one rice cake, then 1 scoop of the skyr mix, and repeat till 3-4 layers are made.
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
