Although this SOYA CHUNKS SALAD is perfect for the weight loss but if you have thyroid, please avoid soya chunks or any soya item like so milk, tofu Tempe, soya beans, etc.

Ingredients FOR SALAD
32 gm Mini Soya Chunks
70 gm low fat Greek yogurt
70 gm black Chana
30 gm finely chopped red onions
50 gm finely chopped tomatoes
40 gm finely chopped mix bell peppers
2-3 tbsp mint chutney
Spices : cumin powder, oregano, red chilli powder, salt as taste
