Hi friends, Here I am sharing a best evening snack recipe Kara pori/masala pori . Best to have with hot tea . Here in this recipe pori is fried with coconut oil, garlic, fresh curry leaves, fried grams,and roasted peanuts.. so try this wonderful healthy snack, low calorie snack .😊👍🏻👍🏻
Ingredients

Puffed Rice – 1 cup
Oil – 2 spoon
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Roasted Gram – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 10
Curry leaves
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Salt – a pinch
