This warm gingerbread parfait is gluten free and packs over 12g of protein 💪🏽

To a bowl, add:
1 packet of quick oats, and boiling water until oats are just covered

Mix in:
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ginger juice (or 1/8 tsp ginger powder)
Sprinkle of cinnamon & nutmeg
Tiny pinch of cloves
1/2 an individual container (~2oz) vanilla yogurt

Mix well, the dollop the other half of the yogurt cotainer on top, then drizzle with molasses.

Optional: additional sprinkle of cinnamon, and pecan pieces.
