Egg muffins are quick and healthy way to start of your day. Its easy and quick to prepare. Usually in the hustle bustle of morning this is not only a time savior but equally delicious.
These healthy egg muffins are filled with veggies and cheese.
Ingredients:
Eggs 4
Spring onion chopped 1
Green chilli finely chopped 1
Tomatoes chopped 1
Spinach blanched n chopped 1 cup
Garlic Chopped 4- 5
Cheese ½ cup
Salt
Pepper
Oregano

Procedure:
I] Beat the eggs and add all the ingredients except tomatoes and beat nicely.
II] Add the seasonings salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.
III] Grease the muffin mold with oil or butter.
Iv] Preheat the oven at 180 C and bake for 12 to 15 min or till the top is firm to touch or insert a tooth pick comes out clean.
Serve hot with ketchup and coffee or tea.
