These vegetable Cream Cheese Sandwiches are made from Homemade low Fat Cream Cheese. They are simply a treat from everyone. With crunchy Cucumber and carrots and juicy tomatoes and corn these cream cheese sandwiches have everything you could ask for – filling, refreshing and yes tasty. These sandwiches are light and healthy – perfect for a breakfast Treat.

How to make low fat Cream Cheese at Home :-

Ingredients to make low fat Cream Cheese Sandwich:
(Serving 2 people)

2 tbsp homemade low fat Cream Cheese
8 Slices of bread
1 small/medium chopped Cucumber (remove the seeds)
1 small/medium chopped tomato (remove the seeds)
1 chopped carrot
Some boiled/frozen peas (optional)
2tsp dried fenugreek (Methi in hindi)
1/2 small cup fresh corns
Salt to taste
1 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Red/green chillies ( Optional)

Method to make low fat Cream Cheese Sandwich:

1. Combine all the above ingredients except bread slices in a medium bowl. Mix everything very well.
2. Spread the mixture on a bread slice and place another slice on top. Do the same with the rest.
3. You can make toast or grill these sandwiches ( use a toaster to pan to toast them).
4. Serve them warm for breakfast or evening snack.
